3. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate and truthful information in their listings.

• Users who post their phone numbers or emails in listings consent to being contacted by other users.

• Atlantic Boat Slips reserves the right to remove or edit listings that violate our guidelines or terms.

4. Listing Expiration

All listings will automatically expire after 6 months unless renewed. Users will be notified prior to expiration.

5. Prohibited Content

Users may not post listings or content that is fraudulent, illegal, misleading, or harmful.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlantic Boat Slips disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages related to use of the platform.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
