The slip includes an electric hookup, and the marina provides an array of amenities including a clubhouse with flat-screen TV, laundry facilities, kitchen, gas grill, internet, and shower facilities. A dockmaster and assistant dockmaster maintain the property, ensuring a secure and well-kept marina environment. Free pump-out services are included.

Liveaboard privileges are limited: up to 4 consecutive days at a time and no more than 8 days per month. Full-time liveaboard is not permitted.
